The AirTAC GFR300C15MLJC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MLJC3TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has 1/2 in NPT ports, a metal bowl with manual drain, the standard 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type. It is fitted with the optional external round gauge scaled in bar and a reverse (check) valve, and it comes without a mounting bracket. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and with options for thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order), drain type, filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge style and scale, bracket and reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and regulate the air feeding a bank of directional control valves on a machine manifold: the 40 um element keeps water and pipe scale out of the valve spools while the regulator holds a steady low-pressure setting downstream.
Point-of-use conditioning for the pick-and-place and clamp cylinders on a packaging conveyor: condensate and particulate are caught in the metal bowl (drained by hand), and the regulator holds the cylinder pressure the line was set up with.
A conditioned drop at an assembly bench supplying air screwdrivers, clamps and small actuators: clean, regulated air, with the round bar gauge letting operators read the line setting at a glance and the check valve holding the circuit if supply drops.
Size 300 with 1/2 in NPT ports sits in the middle of the GFR range (sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600; ports 1/8 to 1 in); step up or down a size when your air demand changes, and we can check the published flow curves with you. The real choices on this family: drain type (manual here; automatic or differential-pressure available), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), gauge (external round fitted here, scaled in bar; an embedded square gauge is the standard arrangement, with MPa, psi or bar scales), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options), bracket (not fitted on this unit) and reverse/check valve (fitted here). The regulator is the low-pressure type; its exact adjustment range is not published in our data, so confirm it with us before ordering. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure, downstream setting and air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code sets a manual drain: the metal bowl must be drained by hand at intervals rather than automatically. If you would rather not rely on someone draining it, the same size is available with an automatic or differential-pressure drain - ask us for the alternative model code.
