The AirTAC GFR300C15MLJF1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MLJF1TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This size 300 unit carries a 1/2 in NPT port, a metal bowl with manual drain, the standard 40 um filter element, and a low-pressure regulator type. It comes fitted with the embedded square pressure gauge (MPa scale), a reverse/check valve, and no mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options including automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), alternative gauge scales (psi or bar), and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures against your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning ahead of a low-pressure actuation circuit: the filter stage strips water and particulate from the shop-air drop, then the low-pressure regulator holds the reduced setting the circuit was designed around.
Feeding clamps and small press cylinders on a fabrication cell, where the 1/2 in port suits the main air drop to the fixture and the square gauge lets operators verify set pressure at a glance.
Conditioning the air feeding diverters, gates and hold-downs along a packaging conveyor, with the manual drain suited to a bowl that is checked during shift start-up and the check valve holding settings against backflow.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port - step up to size 400/600 or down to 200 depending on the flow your line needs, and ask us to check the curve before you order. Drain choice matters: this configuration uses a manual drain (suitable where someone checks the bowl routinely); automatic or differential-pressure drains are available if the unit is hard to reach. The 40 um element is standard; specify code W for the 5 um grade where finer particulate removal is needed. The embedded square gauge reads in MPa; psi and bar scales are options, and an external round gauge can be fitted. Thread is NPT here; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable. Note this is the low-pressure regulator type - its exact regulation range is not published, so confirm it with us. A mounting bracket is not included in this configuration.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and port size, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this exact configuration before you order.
This unit's metal bowl uses a manual drain: condensate is released by operating the drain when the bowl is checked. If the unit sits in a hard-to-reach spot or runs unattended, the same series can be ordered with an automatic drain or the differential-pressure drain (the series default) instead.
