The AirTAC GFR300C15MLJF2 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15MLJF2 is a GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and then regulates the downstream pressure. This configuration is size 300 with a PT1/2 (1/2 in) port, a 40 um filter element, a metal bowl with a manual drain, and a low-pressure regulator type fitted with an embedded square gauge reading in psi. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order) and mounting bracket. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding air to low-pressure forming or clamping fixtures on a production line: the filter strips water and scale from the shop-air header and the low-pressure regulator holds a gentle, steady supply to the actuators.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to the cylinders that divert or stop product on a packaging conveyor; the manual drain is emptied during scheduled line checks and the psi gauge gives operators a visible setpoint.
Point-of-use conditioning for a lab or pilot rig that runs below standard shop pressure: the 40 um element protects valves and instruments, and the low-pressure regulator keeps the rig's supply in its working band.
Choose the size and port step (200 through 600, 1/8 in to 1 in) against the flow your line needs - we check it against the published curves rather than a single rating. On this unit the drain is manual, so the bowl is emptied by hand as part of a scheduled check; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available if you prefer not to rely on a routine. The filter grade here is the 40 um standard; specify code W for the 5 um element where finer filtration is needed. The regulator is the low-pressure type - its adjustment range is not published in the catalogue, so confirm it with us before ordering. The embedded square gauge reads psi; MPa and bar scales, and an external round gauge, are options. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and this configuration is supplied without a mounting bracket (bracket available).
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 size as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and port size and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
The bowl collects water and condensate and the manual drain is opened by hand to empty it as part of a scheduled check. If you would rather not rely on a routine, the same size is available with an automatic or differential-pressure drain - tell us and we will quote the variant.
