The AirTAC GFR300C15MLJF2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15MLJF2WK is a GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and reduces pressure in one body. This configuration is sized GFR300 with a 1/2 in PT port, carries the 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a manual drain on the metal bowl, the low-pressure regulator type, an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve. It is supplied without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, offered with a choice of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale, thread (PT standard, with G and NPT as catalogue options) and bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and the datasheet for this unit on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding spray guns and air-assisted applicators that run on a reduced, stable supply: the 5 um element strips water and fine particulate before the low-pressure regulator trims the line down to the setting the gun needs, with the psi gauge giving a readable setpoint.
On carton sealers and bag machines, jaw and clamp cylinders often run below full line pressure; this unit filters the shop air and sets that lower pressure locally at the machine, so operators can read and hold the setting without touching the main supply regulator.
Pneumatic clamps and swing cylinders on a CNC cell need clean air and a regulated, lower clamping pressure; the manual-drain bowl suits a cell with a scheduled maintenance round, and the built-in check valve blocks reverse flow from the circuit back toward the unit.
The real choices when specifying a GFR unit: size and port (200/300/400/600, 1/8 to 1 in) stepped against the air demand of the circuit; drain type (differential-pressure as standard, automatic, or manual - this unit is manual, so the bowl is drained by hand); filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W, fitted here); gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar (this unit reads psi on the embedded square gauge, with an external round gauge optional); thread (PT standard, G or NPT as catalogue options); and bracket (this unit omits it, code J). The regulator is the low-pressure type; its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us before ordering. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - ask us to check the curve data against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit's bowl drains by hand: someone opens the drain during a scheduled maintenance round instead of relying on an automatic or differential-pressure drain. Manual drain suits lines that get regular attention; if the installation point is unattended, ask us about the automatic or differential-pressure drain versions of the same GFR300 size.
