The AirTAC GFR300C15MLJF2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MLJF2WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 300-size unit has 1/2 in NPT ports, a 5 um filter element (code W), a manual drain on the metal bowl, a built-in check (reverse) valve, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. It is the low-pressure (L) type, intended for circuits that run at a reduced regulated pressure; the exact adjustment range for the low-pressure type is not published, so confirm it with us. It is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, an embedded square gauge (MPa, psi or bar scales) or an optional external round gauge, PT, G or NPT threads, and an optional bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and the full datasheet for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds spray guns in a finishing booth with filtered air regulated down to the reduced pressure the guns run at, while the 5 um element keeps water and particle contamination out of the finish.
Supplies test rigs and benchtop analytical instruments that need clean, moisture-reduced air held at a low, stable pressure, with a direct psi reading on the square gauge at the bench.
Powers cylinders and actuators on a packaging conveyor circuit that runs at reduced pressure, with the built-in check valve blocking backflow toward the supply side.
Within the GFR range you choose size (200/300/400/600) and port (1/8 to 1 in) to match the air your circuit needs; this unit is the 300 size with 1/2 in NPT ports. Drains are differential-pressure (default), automatic (A) or manual (M) - this one is manual, so collected water is drained by hand. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (W); this unit carries the finer 5 um element. The embedded square gauge is standard with MPa, psi or bar scales and an external round gauge is optional; this unit reads psi. Thread: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options - this unit is ordered with NPT. Brackets are optional; this unit is supplied without one. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow figure and the full datasheet for this model on request.
This unit carries the manual drain code (M): an operator opens the drain to remove water collected in the bowl. The GFR family is also available with an automatic drain (A) or the differential-pressure drain that is the default, so tell us which you prefer when ordering.
