The AirTAC GFR300C15MLJF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15MLJF3TK is a GFR-series filter regulator: a water-and-particulate filter and a pressure regulator built into one body, so a single unit conditions the air and holds your set pressure. This size 300 unit has NPT1/2 ports, a manual drain, a 40 um filter element and a metal bowl. It is the low-pressure regulator type, its embedded square gauge reads in bar, and a reverse/check valve is fitted. No mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, plus options for drain type, 5 um filtration (code W), gauge style and scale, G/NPT threads and brackets. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating plant air feeding the pneumatic cylinders on a bottling line's filling and capping stations, with the manual drain operated during scheduled changeover.
Conditioning the air supply to clamping cylinders on a machining cell, where the low-pressure regulator type suits circuits set below the main header pressure and the fitted check valve stays in the line.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to diverter and stopper cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the 40 um element protecting the directional control valves downstream.
For a GFR unit, step through size and port first: sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 cover rising flow demand, and the two port digits set the connection - here 15 means 1/2 in NPT. Choose the drain to match your maintenance: manual (this unit, code M) empties on demand, while automatic and differential-pressure drains clear the bowl without operator action. The standard element is 40 um; specify W for 5 um when finer filtration matters. Gauge codes set style and scale - this unit carries the embedded square gauge with a bar scale - and T orders NPT threading instead of the PT standard, while J omits the bracket. Because this is the low-pressure (L) type, its exact adjustment range is not published; we confirm it, along with the flow curves, against your application on request.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application - port size, downstream demand and set pressure - and we will confirm the sizing and the relevant datasheet figures on request.
Code M fits the manual drain: condensate is released by operating the drain during servicing, which suits attended installations with a regular maintenance routine. If the unit is hard to reach or runs unattended, the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain options empty the bowl without operator action - tell us which fits your setup.
