The AirTAC GFR400C15AJF2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C15AJF2WGK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is built around a G1/2 port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two grades offered on this series), an automatic drain that expels collected condensate from the polycarbonate bowl without operator attention, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a reverse (check) valve fitted in the code. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator covers 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No mounting bracket is included with this code.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans four sizes (200, 300, 400 and 600) with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual or differential-pressure draining, the 40 um standard element, alternative gauge scales (MPa, psi or bar), an external round gauge, and PT or NPT threads in place of G. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated supply air feeding gripper circuits on an assembly robot, where the 5 um element protects fine-orifice components and the integral check valve suits circuits where reverse flow must be prevented.
Regulated air to the cylinders that index, stop and divert containers on a filling line, with the automatic drain expelling bowl condensate over continuous shifts without an operator round.
A point-of-use filter regulator ahead of air tools and clamping fixtures at a workshop bench, with the psi-scale square gauge letting operators set and read tool supply pressure directly.
Size and port are the first decisions: the GFR series steps through 200, 300, 400 and 600, and the larger the size the larger the port and the greater the flow capacity - match the step to your air demand and existing piping (this unit is size 400 with a G1/2 port). Drain choice matters in service: automatic draining (this unit) suits unattended installations, manual draining puts an operator in the loop, and the differential-pressure default drains in response to pressure drop - note that the manual-drain version also lowers the regulation floor to 0.05 MPa (7 psi) versus 0.15 MPa (20 psi) here. Choose the 5 um element (this unit) when downstream equipment needs finer air than the 40 um standard grade. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) and bracket are all selectable. Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves rather than a single rating, send us your flow requirement and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your flow demand and line pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
Code A specifies an automatic drain, which expels condensate from the bowl without operator attention. On this series the automatic and differential-pressure drain versions regulate from 0.15 MPa (20 psi) upward, while the manual-drain version lowers the floor to 0.05 MPa (7 psi). All versions regulate up to 0.9 MPa (130 psi).
