The AirTAC GFR400C15ALC2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C15ALC2WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 400 configuration is built with a 1/2 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W) for finer particle capture than the standard 40 um grade, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, and a reverse/check valve fitted. It is a low-pressure regulator type (code L) with an external round gauge reading in psi, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of PT, G or NPT thread, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, standard or low-pressure regulation, and gauge options. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding cleaned, regulated air to the clamping cylinders on a machining fixture, with the 5 um element protecting the directional valves and the round psi gauge giving the operator a direct pressure readout at the cell.
Conditioning the supply to a packaging machine's actuator bank: the filter stage strips water and fine particles, the low-pressure regulator holds a gentle setting for delicate product handling, and the automatic drain keeps condensate off the line during long runs.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to pneumatic control components and panel-mounted devices, where the 5 um grade and fitted check valve help protect downstream instrumentation and the psi gauge supports routine verification.
Size 400 with a 1/2 in port sits in the upper half of the GFR range; step up to size 600 or down to size 300 depending on the flow your line needs - we will confirm the flow curves against your demand before you order. The 5 um element (this unit) suits air going to sensitive valves and instruments; the standard 40 um grade is fine for general cylinders. The automatic drain here is the low-maintenance choice; manual and differential-pressure drains are alternatives on other codes. This is the low-pressure regulator type - if your process needs a different regulated band, tell us and we will confirm suitability. The round psi gauge is fitted; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are options. Thread is NPT on this code; PT and G are order options. A bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your line pressure, regulated pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves before you order.
The A in the code specifies an automatic drain, which expels collected condensate from the bowl without anyone opening it - useful on unattended or high-humidity installations. Manual and differential-pressure drains are available on other GFR codes if you prefer a different drain behaviour.
