The AirTAC GFR400C15ALF1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1/2 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400C15ALF1WTK is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 400 unit is supplied with a 1/2 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), an automatic drain, and the low-pressure regulator type. A square pressure gauge scaled in MPa is fitted, a reverse/check valve is built in, and a mounting bracket is included. The polycarbonate bowl suits non-freezing compressed-air service from -5 to 70 C, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT as order options) and standard or low-pressure regulator type. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to capping and labelling cylinders on a bottling line, where the low-pressure regulator type and 5 um element suit actuators that run at modest pressure and need clean air.
Supplying divertor gates and stop cylinders along a packaging conveyor, with the automatic drain clearing condensate between shifts so the line does not depend on manual bowl draining.
Powering pneumatic actuators on water-treatment and process valves, where a regulated low pressure and 5 um filtered air help protect actuator internals on a continuously running skid.
Size and port step together: 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, so match the size to the flow your line needs - this unit is size 400 with a 1/2 in NPT port. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (the default), automatic (fitted here, code A) or manual (code M). Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W (fitted here). The square gauge is embedded and scaled in MPa as supplied; psi and bar scales and an external round gauge are options. Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT as order options - this unit carries NPT. A bracket is included unless code J is specified. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details - port size, line pressure and the equipment you are feeding - and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet before you order.
This unit carries code A, the automatic drain, so condensate is discharged without operator attention. The alternatives on the same size are the manual drain (code M) and the differential-pressure drain (the default when no drain code is given). If your duty or access situation makes a different drain type the better choice, ask us to confirm the equivalent variant.
