The AirTAC GFR400C15ANTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C15ANTK is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, in a single body. This configuration has a 1/2 in NPT port, an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without manual attention, a 40 um standard filter element in a polycarbonate bowl, and a check (reverse) valve that holds the downstream circuit if the upstream supply drops. No gauge is fitted with this code. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, PT as the standard catalogue thread and G or NPT to order, plus choices of drain type, filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge and bracket. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the shop-air drop that feeds tool-clamp cylinders, pneumatic fixtures and coolant sprays on a CNC machining centre, with the automatic drain handling condensate through unattended shifts.
Supplying clean, regulated air to carton-forming and case-sealing cylinders on a packaging line, where a steady set pressure keeps seal strokes consistent and the check valve holds the circuit if upstream supply dips.
Regulating air to diverter gates and stopper cylinders along a conveyor sorting line, with the 40 um element protecting directional valves from water and debris carried in the main line.
Size 400 with a 1/2 in NPT port suits circuits where larger cylinders, valves or air tools draw meaningful air; step down to 300 or up to 600 as your demand changes. Drain type is a real choice: automatic (this unit) for unattended duty, manual where someone tends the bowl, or differential-pressure as the default. The 40 um element covers general plant air; the 5 um (W) option gives finer protection for sensitive valves. Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard and G is also available. Mounting bracket included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR400 as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve and help you size the unit before you order.
This code ends in N, which means no gauge is fitted. GFR regulators can be ordered with an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scale - tell us which scale you read and we can quote the right variant. The regulator itself adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
