The AirTAC GFR400C15LF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C15LF2GK is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the low-pressure regulator type with a G1/2 (BSPP) port, the 40 um standard filtration grade, a differential-pressure drain, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a reverse (check) valve fitted. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, plus drain, filter-grade, gauge, thread and check-valve options, so the line can be matched to most pneumatic circuits. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Because rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, ask us to confirm sizing and the regulation range for this low-pressure type against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding low-pressure air to clamping fixtures on an assembly press, where the regulator holds a steady reduced pressure and the 40 um element keeps water and swarf out of the clamp cylinders.
Supplying regulated low-pressure air to leak-test and actuation benches, with the psi-scaled square gauge giving operators a direct reading and the check valve holding the downstream setting if supply dips.
Conditioning air for stopper and pusher cylinders on a packaging conveyor, combining water and particulate removal with low-pressure regulation in one body to save panel space.
Start from the port step: this unit is size 400 with a G1/2 port; smaller 200/300 sizes take 1/8 to 3/8 in ports and the 600 size steps up to 1 in, so choose the size whose flow curve covers your demand. The drain on this unit is the differential-pressure type; automatic and manual drains are order options on the family. Filtration is the 40 um standard element, with a 5 um element available under code W. The bowl on this size is polycarbonate (PC); size 600 units use an aluminium alloy bowl. The embedded square gauge is fitted with a psi scale; MPa and bar scales, and an external round gauge, are alternatives. The G (BSPP) thread is this unit's specification - PT is the standard thread and NPT is also an order option. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR400 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet, along with the regulation range for this low-pressure type, before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, which helps hold the downstream setting if upstream supply drops. Other decode points on this unit: G is the G (BSPP) thread, F2 is the embedded square gauge with a psi scale, L is the low-pressure regulator type, and no drain letter means the differential-pressure drain.
