The AirTAC GFR400C15MLC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C15MLC3TK is an AirTAC GFR filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in a single body. This size 400 unit is built around a 1/2 in NPT port and carries a manual drain on the metal bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, and a low-pressure regulator fitted with a round gauge reading in bar. A reverse (check) valve is fitted and the mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, embedded square or external round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning the air feed to a low-pressure clamping circuit on an assembly press: the filter strips water and particulate carryover while the regulator holds the clamp pressure the tooling was set up for, with the bar-scale gauge giving a local readout.
Point-of-use filtration and regulation for the cylinders and air grippers on a packaging conveyor line, with the manual drain letting an operator bleed accumulated water from the bowl at the start of each shift.
A filtered, regulated drop at a laboratory or QC test bench where instruments need clean compressed air at a stable, low set pressure, with the check valve helping hold the setting if upstream supply dips.
Work through the decodable choices: pick the size (200/300/400/600) and its port (1/8 to 1 in) against the air demand of the line - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (default), automatic (A) for unattended condensate removal, or manual (M) as specified here. Choose the element: 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. Gauges are an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, scaled in MPa, psi or bar - this unit carries the round gauge with a bar scale. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options; brackets are included unless code J deletes them. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this exact configuration before you order.
This unit is the L low-pressure type, and the exact setting range for that variant is not published in the validated catalogue data we work from. Send us the set pressure your circuit needs and we will confirm suitability and the range on request.
