The AirTAC GFR400C15MLJC2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C15MLJC2WG is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: a 5 um filter element and a pressure regulator combined in one body, in size 400 with a G1/2 (BSPP) female port. This configuration has a manual drain, so the metal bowl is emptied by hand; the 5 um element (code W) filters finer than the 40 um standard; the regulator is the low-pressure type; and a round pressure gauge reading in psi is fitted. No mounting bracket is included and no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and is available with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. We confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request, because flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and regulate the shop-air feed to pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders on a machining centre, protecting them from water and fine particles while holding a steady low set pressure.
Feed filtered, regulated air to quarter-turn actuated ball and butterfly valves on a process line where the actuator needs a lower controlled pressure than the main header supplies.
Supply clean, regulated air to carton-sealing and case-erecting cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the manual drain emptied during planned changeover stops.
Choose the size by the port and flow step: 200, 300, 400 and 600 map to ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and larger sizes carry more flow - ask us to check the flow curves against your demand before ordering. Drain choice matters: manual (this unit) needs periodic hand draining, while automatic and differential-pressure drains handle condensate for you. Filtration is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code, as fitted here. Gauges can be the embedded square type or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar; this unit carries a round psi gauge. Threads come as PT (standard), G or NPT - this unit is G. Brackets are optional. The low-pressure regulator type suits circuits that need a lower set pressure; we confirm its exact setting range from the datasheet on request.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow and the full datasheet on request.
The manual drain means the metal bowl is emptied by hand on a schedule, which suits installations that are stopped regularly; automatic or differential-pressure drains are available if you cannot do that. The 5 um element (code W) filters finer than the 40 um standard, which helps sensitive downstream equipment. We can also confirm the low-pressure regulator's setting range from the datasheet on request.
