The AirTAC GFR400C15MLJF1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400C15MLJF1WTK is a GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built on the GFR400 size with a 1/2 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a manual drain for emptying the bowl, a low-pressure regulator type, an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, and a reverse/check valve fitted. No mounting bracket is included in this configuration. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in four sizes (200, 300, 400 and 600) with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, gauge and thread options, and standard or low-pressure regulation. Air flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and flow data for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a pneumatic press or clamp fixture that holds workpieces at reduced pressure, the low-pressure regulator type and 5 um filtration give a clean, gently regulated supply, while the manual drain lets maintenance empty collected water at scheduled shift checks.
Feeding grippers and small cylinders on a robotic pick-and-place cell, this filter regulator keeps water and particles out of the directional valves while holding the low working pressure those actuators are specified for, with the reverse/check valve fitted as part of the configuration.
At the drop point feeding diverters and seal cylinders on a packaging conveyor, this 1/2 in filter regulator conditions the air and regulates it at low pressure, and the embedded square MPa gauge gives operators a direct local pressure reading.
Choose the G-series size by port and expected flow: GFR400 carries a 1/2 in port, one step above GFR300 and below GFR600. The key choices on this unit are already fixed by the code: 5 um filtration instead of the standard 40 um, a manual drain instead of automatic or differential-pressure, a low-pressure regulator instead of the standard type, and an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa (external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales are catalogue options). The thread here is NPT; PT is the standard thread for the series and G(BSPP) is also available to order. Brackets are optional and this configuration comes without one. The adjustment range of the low-pressure type is not published in the catalogue, so we will confirm it with the datasheet. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min or SCFM number for this unit. Send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the datasheet figures for the GFR400 size in 1/2 in NPT before you order.
This configuration has a manual drain: the polycarbonate bowl on this 400 size is emptied by hand at service intervals. The GFR family also offers automatic and differential-pressure drains that discharge condensate without manual attention, and those can be selected in the same size if you prefer.
