The AirTAC Airtac B52-GR Copper-Free Air Source Treatment Unit B52-GR20006LJC1 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR20006LJC1 is a low-pressure type air pressure regulator from the G-series GR family. It reduces and holds downstream air pressure only - no filtration and no lubrication. This configuration has a 1/8 in PT port, an external round pressure gauge reading in MPa, and no mounting bracket (J), so it is mounted directly to the line or panel. As an L-type regulator its set-pressure range goes up to 0.4 MPa. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the service temperature range is -20 to 70 C.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. GR regulators are offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port, thread (PT standard, G and NPT options), gauge scale, bracket and check-valve choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Panels-mounted with no bracket, it trims the small instrument-air branch feeding transducers and pilot devices on a control cabinet to a stable low setpoint.
Installed at a workshop air drop so technicians running small air tools and blow-off guns work at a controlled low pressure instead of full header pressure.
Plumbed inline in a compact automation cell to give one module its own low-pressure supply, independent of neighbouring stations sharing the same header.
Check the port first: this 200-size code uses a 1/8 in PT connection; step up to GR300/GR400/GR600 for bigger lines and higher demand. This is the L (low-pressure) type for settings up to 0.4 MPa. The J in the code means no bracket, so plan for direct piping or your own panel mount; GR bodies are also panel-mountable. The C1 suffix gives an external round gauge in MPa - pick a square embedded gauge, or psi/bar scales, if preferred. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
There is no single rated flow to quote - AirTAC publishes GR regulator flow as curves. Send us your air demand and line size and we will confirm the datasheet figures and check this 1/8 in size is right for your application on request.
J means the mounting bracket is omitted, so this regulator mounts directly in the line or to a panel. If you want the bracket included, choose the same configuration without the J in the code.
