The AirTAC Airtac B52-GR Copper-Free Air Source Treatment Unit B52-GR20006N is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006N is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator in the compact 200 size, with a decoded PT1/8 port. It reduces and holds downstream air pressure anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) setting range, with a maximum working (inlet) pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This is the plain regulating configuration: no gauge is fitted, and as a regulator it contains no filter, no bowl and no lubricator - medium is compressed air only. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C.
AirTAC's G-series regulator line spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in. to 1 in. and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, plus panel-mounting, low-pressure (L) and check-valve (K) options. Flow data is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable pilot pressure feeding solenoid and pneumatic control valves on a packaging machine, so the valve stack sees a consistent downstream setting instead of full header pressure.
Trim air pressure on a leak-test or instrument bench where small-bore 1/8 in. lines supply gauges, reference tools or small actuators at a fixed, repeatable setting.
Regulate the supply to small-bore cylinder circuits on an assembly or pick-and-place station, holding the working pressure at the level the mechanism was designed around.
Real choices in the G-series regulator line: step up from 200 to 300, 400 or 600 for a larger port and more flow; choose the gauge (blank = embedded square gauge on MPa scale, C = external round gauge with scale 1 MPa / 2 psi / 3 bar, N = no gauge, as here); thread is PT standard with G (BSPP) or T (NPT) available to order; J deletes the bracket, K adds a reverse/check valve, and L selects the low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves against inlet and set pressure rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Send us your required flow and operating pressures and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request.
N means this unit is supplied without a gauge. If you want indication, order a plain code for the embedded square gauge (MPa scale) or a C code such as GR20008C1 for an external round gauge, with scale 1 = MPa, 2 = psi or 3 = bar.
