The AirTAC Airtac B52-GR Copper-Free Air Source Treatment Unit B52-GR20008LC1 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR20008LC1 is a genuine AirTAC G-series low-pressure air regulator for compressed air, in the compact 200 size with a 1/4 in PT thread as standard. The L code marks the low-pressure type: settings run up to 0.4 MPa, for circuits that never need a higher set point. The C1 code fits the optional external round pressure gauge scaled in MPa, and the blank bracket position means a mounting bracket is included. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and operating temperature is -20 to 70 C (non-freezing).
GR regulates pressure only - no filter, no bowl, no lubrication - so put a GF filter or GFR filter regulator ahead of it where the air needs cleaning. The same low-pressure regulator is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes, with G (BSPP) and NPT thread options, with or without the check valve (K), and with square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure; we confirm datasheet and flow figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Feed low-pressure air knives and nozzles that clear dust and film trim from packs, with the round MPa gauge letting operators verify the set point at a glance.
Regulate gentle, repeatable air pressure to the cylinders on a lab test rig where settings never exceed the low-pressure range.
Supply the flotation air to a table that moves glass or sheet material without contact, at the low set pressures this L-type is built for.
Pick the L (low-pressure) type when your set point sits at or below 0.4 MPa; for settings up to 0.9 MPa, choose the standard type instead. The C1 gauge here is the round external gauge with an MPa scale - square gauges and psi or bar scales are separate codes. The 200 size carries a 1/4 in PT port; step to 300, 400 or 600 for larger ports, and add T for NPT or G for BSPP instead of standard PT. A bracket is included in this code, and K adds a check valve where needed. Flow appears only as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR performance as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so no single number applies across all inlet pressures and settings. Tell us your supply pressure, set pressure and demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The L code sets the adjustment range at up to 0.4 MPa, which suits circuits that never need a higher set point; the standard type is the choice above that. The C1 code adds the external round pressure gauge scaled in MPa, so operators can read the set point directly instead of adjusting blind.
