The AirTAC Airtac B52-GR Copper-Free Air Source Treatment Unit B52-GR30008JN is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR30008JN is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator - regulation only, with no filter element, no bowl and, per the N suffix, no gauge fitted. This 300-size unit has a 1/4 in PT port and the J suffix means no mounting bracket. It adjusts downstream pressure across 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet, for compressed air at -20 to 70 C.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GR range, which spans 200 to 600 sizes with port, thread (PT, G or NPT), gauge, bracket and check-valve options. Rated flow is published only as curves, so we confirm the flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Regulate the tool-clamp/unclamp circuit on a CNC machining centre where the machine's own controller displays pressure, so no local gauge is needed.
Set the working pressure on a workshop air drop that already carries a panel-mounted gauge, keeping the regulator itself simple and gauge-free.
Feed a clamping manifold on a welding or assembly fixture where the set pressure is verified at the manifold gauge rather than at the regulator.
Choose the GR200-GR600 size and port for the drop you are regulating; this is the 300 size on a 1/4 in PT connection. Specify N when the machine already has a panel-mounted gauge or when the set pressure is monitored elsewhere - or swap to F with an MPa, psi or bar scale for an embedded gauge at the regulator. The J suffix omits the bracket, K adds a reverse/check valve, and PT is the standard thread with G and NPT as orderable options.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing from the datasheet against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC does not publish a single rated-flow number for the GR series; flow is given as curves. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and consumption and we will confirm the correct size and datasheet figures on request before you order.
Order the JF variant instead: F fits the embedded square gauge, with scale 1 for MPa, 2 for psi or 3 for bar. The rest of the specification stays the same - 300 size, 1/4 in PT port, 0.05-0.9 MPa adjustment range, no bracket, compressed air, -20 to 70 C.
