The AirTAC AirTAC GF300-10 Filter (GF30010AJ) is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with PT3/8" ports and a automatic drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
The AirTAC GF30010AJ is a G-series compressed-air filter, size 300 body, PT3/8 ports, supplied without a mounting bracket (the J option). It is a filter only: it removes water and particulate from compressed air, with no pressure regulation and no lubrication. This configuration combines the automatic drain, which expels condensate from the PC (polycarbonate) bowl without operator attention, with the standard 40 um element. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. Across the GF family you can choose sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600; differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains; the 5 um element option (W); PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads; and the bracketless J build or the bracket-included default. Flow data is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so we confirm datasheet numbers on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GF300 | G-series air filter, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| J | Supplied without bracket. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Screwed directly onto a filter/regulator manifold plate on a multi-drop air distribution board, the bracketless body suits installations where a separate bracket and its footprint are not wanted.
Installed in the supply line to a small pneumatic bench press, it removes water and grit ahead of the valve and cylinder while the automatic drain clears condensate between shifts.
Built into the pneumatic section of OEM machine control panels, the J variant lets the panel designer mount the filter on their own plate or bulkhead instead of using the standard bracket.
Choose the J (bracketless) build when the filter bolts directly to a manifold, machine frame or existing FRL mounting plate rather than to the line via its own bracket - the port connection then carries the weight. The A drain suits unattended locations; compare with the differential-pressure default and the manual M variant. Size 300 with PT3/8 is the mid step of the range; verify the flow curve before moving to 200 or 400/600. The standard element is 40 um, with 5 um available as the W option. PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT are orderable catalogue options. Since flow is published as curves rather than a rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC does not publish a single rated flow for this family; flow appears only as curves in the datasheet. Tell us your line port, working pressure and required flow and we will confirm the size 300 curve for you before you order, so you are not guessing.
J means this filter is supplied without the mounting bracket that comes as standard on the GF series. Function is otherwise identical: same size 300 body, PT3/8 ports, automatic drain and 40 um element. Order the version without J if you want the bracket included.
