The AirTAC AirTAC GF300-10 Filter (GF30010J) is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with PT3/8" ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
The AirTAC GF30010J is a G-series compressed-air filter handling water and particulate removal only - no regulation, no lubrication. This configuration is size 300 with a 3/8 in PT port, the 40 um standard element, and the differential-pressure drain as the default drain style, with no mounting bracket (J suffix) so the unit is piped in without a bracket plate. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The 300-size bowl is PC (polycarbonate).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GF family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element option (W), bracket or no-bracket builds, and G (BSPP) or NPT thread options to order. Flow data is published as curves rather than a single rating - we confirm the datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GF300 | G-series air filter, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| J | Supplied without bracket. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Piped directly into a branch off the factory ring main, the bracketless GF30010J filters general-purpose air feeding hand-tool drops and shop actuators, with the 40 um element handling everyday particulate.
Mounted inside an electrical or pneumatic enclosure, it cleans the air feeding cabinet purge and internal pneumatics without needing a separate bracket footprint on the backplate.
Installed at a maintenance-bench air drop, it removes water and debris from the shop supply before air tools and blow guns, protecting both the tools and the workpiece from moisture carryover.
Size 300 and the 3/8 in PT port put this unit in the middle of the GF flow range; step to 400/600 for bigger ports or down to 200 for compact circuits. The J suffix deletes the bracket - right when the filter hangs directly on pipework or inside an enclosure; keep the bracket (blank code) for panel or wall mounting. The differential-pressure drain is the default; switch to automatic (A) or manual (M) in the code if your service routine prefers it.
The standard element is 40 um; add W for 5 um. Thread is standard PT with G (BSPP) and NPT available as options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
No single rated flow is published - AirTAC provides flow as curves, and we do not estimate a number. Share your application conditions and we will confirm the relevant data from the GF300 datasheet on request before you order.
J means no mounting bracket is fitted, so the unit is intended to be carried directly on the pipework or inside an assembly. Order the code without J (GF30010) if you want the bracket included for panel or wall mounting.
