The AirTAC AirTAC GF300-10 Filter (GF30010MJ) is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with PT3/8" ports and a manual drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
GF30010MJ is a genuine AirTAC G-series air filter, size 300 with a PT3/8 (3/8 inch) port. It filters only: it removes water and particulate from compressed air, with no regulation and no lubrication. The J suffix means no mounting bracket is supplied, so the unit is plumbed in-line or mounted by your own means. This configuration has a manual drain - condensate in the polycarbonate bowl is released by opening the drain valve - and the standard 40 um element. Maximum inlet pressure is 0 to 0.9 MPa with the manual drain, and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GF family covers sizes 200 through 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch; where you do want factory mounting, the same unit without the J suffix ships with a bracket included. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures on request.
| Model | AirTAC GF300-10 Filter (GF30010MJ) |

| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Inlet pressure | 0 - 0.9 MPa (0 - 131 psi) |
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -5 to +70 °C (unfreeze) |
| Bowl material | PC |

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GF300 | G-series air filter, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| J | Supplied without bracket. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

| Line order | Filter first, then regulator, then lubricator |
Plumbed directly into the air drop feeding conveyor-mounted pneumatic actuators, keeping water and debris out of the cylinders and control valves.
Installed on the compressed air line supplying a plasma cutting torch, where moisture and particulate in the air degrade cut quality and consumable life.
Fitted at a take-off point on a workshop compressed-air ring main, filtering the branch that serves reels, blow guns and air-powered hand tools.
This code differs from the GF30010M only in the J suffix: no bracket, which suits in-line installs on existing pipe or machines where the filter is held by its own ported connections. Size 300 with a 3/8 inch PT port is the mid-range step - go to size 400 for heavier demand or 200 for compact branches. Drain is manual here; the automatic drain (A) and the differential-pressure default are the other catalogue choices. The 40 um element is standard; pick the 5 um W version for finer filtration. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GF series as performance curves rather than one rated figure, so there is no single number to quote. Tell us your operating pressure and the air consumption of the equipment downstream and we will confirm from the datasheet that the size 300, 3/8 inch port suits your demand before you order.
J means this filter is supplied without a mounting bracket. The same unit ordered as GF30010M includes the bracket. Everything else is identical: size 300, PT3/8 port, manual drain, 40 um element, polycarbonate bowl, and a -5 to 70 C working range. If you want factory wall or machine mounting, order the version without the J.
