The AirTAC AirTAC GF300-10 Filter (GF30010W) is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 5 µm element, with PT3/8" ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
GF30010W is an AirTAC G-series GF air filter: it removes water and particulate from a compressed-air line only, with no pressure regulation and no lubrication. This size 300 body has a PT3/8 in port and carries the optional W-coded 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard, for finer protection of downstream equipment. Drain is the catalogue-default differential-pressure type, the polycarbonate bowl collects the condensate, a mounting bracket is included, and the unit is rated for 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum working pressure at -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GF filter family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic (A) or manual (M) drain, and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GF300 | G-series air filter, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Install on the main air drop feeding a CNC machining center so compressor carryover water and pipe scale are stripped out before the air reaches the tool changer, clamps and pneumatic valves.
Fit as the first stage ahead of the paint booth regulator, where 5 um filtration removes the moisture and fine particles that would otherwise mar a sprayed finish.
Use on the feed to the blow-off nozzles of a packaging line, filtering the air that clears dust and debris from trays and product before filling or sealing.
Step through the GF range by size and port: 200 (1/8-1/4 in), 300 (3/8-1/2 in), 400 (1/2-3/4 in) and 600 (3/4-1 in), and pick the size whose published curve covers your demand. This configuration already specifies the 5 um (W) element and the default differential-pressure drain; the alternatives are the 40 um standard grade and automatic (A) or manual (M) drains. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT orderable as catalogue options, and the included bracket can be omitted with the J suffix. Flow appears only as curves in the datasheet, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC publishes G-series filter flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote honestly. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve and correct sizing before you order.
The standard GF element is 40 um, which suits general plant air, cylinders and valves. Choose the W-coded 5 um element where finer debris would matter, such as ahead of precision valves or instrumentation. Both grades are catalogue options on the same GF bodies.
