The AirTAC AirTAC GF600-20 Filter (GF60020) is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with PT3/4" ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
GF60020 is a genuine AirTAC G-series air filter in size 600, the largest size in the family, for compressed air only. It removes water and particulate; it does not regulate pressure and does not lubricate. This configuration has a 3/4 inch PT port, the standard 40 um element and the default differential-pressure drain, which vents condensate as the pressure differential builds. The 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. G-series filters run from size 200 to 600, with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, PC bowls on the 200/300/400 sizes and an aluminium alloy bowl on 600, plus a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains and 40 um or 5 um elements. Filter flow is published as curves rather than a single rated number, so we confirm the datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed as a header drop in the compressor room or main air line of a plant, the 3/4 inch filter removes condensate and rust particles before the air branches out to production areas.
Mounted on the supply line to a sandblasting cabinet in a fabrication shop, the 40 um element keeps water and compressor carry-over out of the blast gun and foot valve.
Placed on the air branch serving a cluster of tube-bending and forming machines, the filter protects the group's directional valves and air cylinders from water and scale.
Step to size 600 with a 3/4 inch port when a size-400 unit would sit near the top of its flow curve; because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, send us your demand and we will confirm the size before ordering. The 40 um element is the standard grade for pre-filtration, and a 5 um W version of this size is available for finer duty. The differential-pressure drain keeps working unattended once line flow is established; manual (M) and automatic (A) drain versions are the alternatives. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options. A bracket is included, and a no-bracket J version is available.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GF600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC publishes filter flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number to quote. Share your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request.
This version uses the default differential-pressure drain, which vents condensate as the pressure differential builds and suits continuously flowing mains. Pick the GF60020A for automatic draining on intermittent or unattended duty, or the M manual-drain version where an operator can bleed the bowl regularly.
