The AirTAC AirTAC GF600-20 Filter (GF60020J) is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with PT3/4" ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
GF60020J is a genuine AirTAC GF-series air filter for compressed air only. It removes water and particulate from the line - it does not regulate pressure and it does not lubricate. This size 600 configuration has a PT3/4 (PT) port, the standard 40 um filter element and a differential-pressure drain. The 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy, the maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The J suffix means this unit is supplied without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GF family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port, PT/G/NPT thread, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, and differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rated number - ask us and we will confirm the datasheet for this exact model on request.
| Model | AirTAC GF600-20 Filter (GF60020J) |
|---|---|
| Series | GF600 air filter |
| Port size | PT3/4" (PT thread) |
| Filtering grade | 40 µm |
| Drain type | Differential-pressure drain |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Inlet pressure | 0.15 - 1.0 MPa (22 - 145 psi) |
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -5 to +70 °C (unfreeze) |
| Bowl material | Aluminium alloy |
| Feature | Low pressure loss |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GF600 | G-series air filter, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| J | Supplied without bracket. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Drops condensate and pipe-scale particles out of the 3/4 in air feed to quarter-turn pneumatic actuators and solenoid valves on a process skid.
A bracketless, inline filter for machine builders plumbing a 3/4 in air drop into panel-mounted directional valves and air cylinders on new equipment.
Filters the compressed air feeding air knives that dry parts on a high-speed transfer line, keeping water and grit out of the nozzle circuit.
This is the standard-element, bracketless version of the 600-size, 3/4 in PT frame: the 40 um element is the GF default for general particulate removal, and the J suffix deletes the mounting bracket for inline or OEM installations where no bracket is wanted. The drain is the default differential-pressure type; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are catalogue alternatives, and the W suffix gives the finer 5 um grade. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT (T) available as catalogue options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so please ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GF600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC publishes GF flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Send us your line pressure and required flow and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
PT is the standard thread on this model. G (BSPP) and NPT (the T suffix) are catalogue options in the same 600-size, 3/4 in frame - just tell us which thread your piping uses and we will confirm the matching code and datasheet on request.
