The AirTAC AirTAC GF600-25 Filter (GF60025A) is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with PT1" ports and a automatic drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
GF60025A is a genuine AirTAC G-series air filter in the size 600 frame, with a 1 inch PT thread as the standard connection. It is a filtration-only unit: it removes water and particulate from compressed air, with no pressure regulation and no lubrication. The A suffix fits the automatic drain in place of the series-default differential-pressure drain, and the element is the standard 40 um grade. The 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. A mounting bracket is included.
The G-series filter family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600. Other order options across the range are manual (M) or default differential-pressure drainage, a 5 um (W) fine element instead of 40 um, G (BSPP) or NPT threads instead of PT, and the J suffix to omit the bracket. AirTAC publishes filter flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and full datasheet details on request.
| Model | AirTAC GF600-25 Filter (GF60025A) |
|---|---|
| Series | GF600 air filter |
| Port size | PT1" (PT thread) |
| Filtering grade | 40 µm |
| Drain type | Automatic drain |
| Bracket | Mounting bracket included |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Inlet pressure | 0.15 - 1.0 MPa (22 - 145 psi) |
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -5 to +70 °C (unfreeze) |
| Bowl material | Aluminium alloy |
| Feature | Low pressure loss |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GF600 | G-series air filter, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Water and particulate removal on the 1 inch shop-air ring of a truck or equipment maintenance bay, protecting impact wrenches, impact sockets and inflation stations.
Filtration of the supply air ahead of directional control valve manifolds on an assembly line, so spool valves see cleaned air from the main header.
Conditioning the compressed air at press-shop drop points feeding air-over-oil boosters, part blow-off nozzles and clamp cylinders.
This configuration is the size 600, 1 inch PT port filter with the automatic drain (A) and the standard 40 um element. If your maintenance routine prefers hands-on checks, the manual (M) or default differential-pressure drain is available on the same frame. Step down to 400, 300 or 200 when line size and demand are smaller; 5 um (W) is the fine-element option; G (BSPP) and NPT are thread options; and the J suffix omits the included bracket.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GF600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC states filter flow as performance curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow for this unit. Tell us your line conditions and demand and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
It means this filter is fitted with the automatic drain instead of the series-default differential-pressure drain, so condensate removal from the aluminium alloy bowl is handled automatically. A manual drain (M) is also a catalogue option on the same size 600, 1 inch PT frame.
