The AirTAC AirTAC GF600-25 Filter (GF60025AJ) is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with PT1" ports and a automatic drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
GF60025AJ is a genuine AirTAC G-series air filter in the size 600 frame, with a 1 inch PT thread as the standard connection. It is a filtration-only unit: it removes water and particulate from compressed air, with no pressure regulation and no lubrication. The A suffix fits the automatic drain in place of the default differential-pressure drain, and the J suffix means no mounting bracket is supplied, so you mount the unit on your own manifold or fabricated plate. The element is the standard 40 um grade, the 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
The G-series filter family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, and the same size 600 frame can be ordered with the default differential-pressure drain, a manual (M) drain, a 5 um (W) fine element, a G (BSPP) or NPT thread, or the bracket included by dropping the J suffix. AirTAC publishes filter flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and full datasheet details on request.
| Model | AirTAC GF600-25 Filter (GF60025AJ) |
|---|---|
| Series | GF600 air filter |
| Port size | PT1" (PT thread) |
| Filtering grade | 40 µm |
| Drain type | Automatic drain |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Inlet pressure | 0.15 - 1.0 MPa (22 - 145 psi) |
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -5 to +70 °C (unfreeze) |
| Bowl material | Aluminium alloy |
| Feature | Low pressure loss |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GF600 | G-series air filter, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| J | Supplied without bracket. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtration module bolted to a customer-built air preparation plate in a plant utility room, lined up with regulators and valves mounted on the same manifold.
Cleaning the compressed air feeding a laboratory or R&D test rig, where the filter is fixed to the rig's own backplate rather than a wall bracket.
Inlet-air filtration built into an OEM machine's own frame at the 1 inch supply connection, with the builder handling the mounting in-house.
This is the size 600, 1 inch PT filter with automatic drain (A) and no bracket (J) - the right pick when you are bolting the unit to a customer-fabricated manifold, panel or existing mounting plate. If you need the factory bracket, order the same unit without the J suffix. Element grade is 40 um standard with 5 um (W) as the fine option, and G (BSPP) and NPT are thread alternatives to PT.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GF600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC publishes filter flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number to compare. Share your line size and air demand and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request so you can check the fit before ordering.
J means no mounting bracket is supplied with the unit - the blank position on other GF codes includes the bracket. Everything else on this size 600, 1 inch PT filter stays the same: automatic drain (A), standard 40 um element and PT thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options.
