The AirTAC AirTAC GF600-25 Filter (GF60025J) is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with PT1" ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
The AirTAC GF600 series is a compressed-air filter: it removes water and particulate from the air line. It does not regulate pressure and does not lubricate. This GF60025J is the large 600 frame with a 1" PT (BSPT-type) port, standard 40 um filtration element and the default differential-pressure drain, which uses flow-dependent pressure difference to spit condensate from the bowl. The J suffix means no mounting bracket is supplied. The bowl on 600-size filters is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. Max working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the medium is compressed air only. The GF series is also offered in 200, 300 and 400 sizes with 5 um (W) elements, automatic or manual drains, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads. Bracketless versions like this one let you panel- or manifold-mount on your own hardware. Flow is published as curves, so we confirm exact figures and datasheets on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GF600 | G-series air filter, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| J | Supplied without bracket. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on the 1" shop-air feed into a CNC machining centre's pneumatic cabinet, the GF60025J removes water and coarse particulate before the air reaches tool-changer cylinders and chuck actuators.
Mounted directly onto a customer-built manifold plate without a bracket, this bracketless filter conditions the air feeding a bank of process-control valves and I/P converters in a water-treatment control panel.
Placed at the header drop feeding clamp and press-fit cylinders in an automotive sub-assembly cell, the filter keeps rust and condensate out of the 1" supply line serving multiple actuators.
Choose this 600/1" frame when your air demand needs the largest G-series port - for smaller 1/4" to 3/4" lines, the 200-400 sizes are the usual fit. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. The standard 40 um element protects general pneumatic equipment; specify the W (5 um) suffix where finer filtration is needed. This unit uses the default differential-pressure drain - if you want hands-free condensate removal, the A (automatic) suffix; for scheduled draining, the M (manual) suffix. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT versions orderable. The J suffix omits the bracket; add the blank-suffix version if you want one supplied.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GF600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC does not publish a single rated-flow number for the GF series - flow is given as performance curves. We therefore avoid quoting a fixed figure here; tell us your line size and demand and we will confirm the datasheet curves and correct sizing on request.
J means no mounting bracket is included - the filter is intended for panel, manifold or customer-supplied bracket mounting. The drain is the default differential-pressure type: it automatically blows down collected condensate when flow-related pressure difference across the filter rises. If you prefer an always-automatic float drain or a hands-on manual drain, the A and M suffix versions share the same 600/1" frame.
