Choose this 80 mm bore when a 50 mm bore (982 N push at 0.5 MPa) lacks the thrust for your payload, but a 100 mm bore is physically too large. The 30 mm adjustment range is ideal for product changeovers, allowing you to trim the 260 mm stroke back to 230 mm without adding external stops or swapping the cylinder.

At 260 mm of travel, the 25 mm rod and M20x1.5 thread handle substantial side loads, but an external guide is recommended for heavy unsupported loads. This SAIJ configuration uses PT ports, a SUS420J2 rod, and supports mounting sets Basic, FA, LB, TC, FTC, TCM1, and TCM2. It is dimensionally interchangeable per ISO 15552.
