Select the SC100 when your application demands a force class around 4000 N at standard shop pressure. If your load requires less force, stepping down to an SC80 bore reduces push force to 2513 N at 0.5 MPa, potentially saving on air consumption. For higher force needs, the SC125 bore provides 6136 N at the same pressure.

For this 1055 mm stroke, side-load management is critical. A long, unsupported 25 mm rod can bend under radial forces. Always guide the load externally with rails or bearings, or consider a guided cylinder variant to protect the rod bearings and seals from premature wear.
