Choose the SC80 when the 50 mm bore's 982 N push force at 0.5 MPa is insufficient but the 100 mm bore's 3927 N is more than needed. For this 490 mm stroke, ensure the rod is protected from side loads; long unsupported strokes on a 25 mm rod can experience bending under offset loads. An external guide or a guided cylinder is recommended if side forces are present.
