Precision-engineered check valve featuring zero-leakage poppet design with spring-assisted closure. The straight-through configuration minimizes pressure drop (ΔP ≤0.02MPa at 0.5MPa) while preventing reverse flow. Nickel plating provides corrosion resistance for humid environments.

Mounting guidelines:
Install with flow arrow aligned to system direction. For vertical mounting,
orientation must have spring chamber downward. Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape
on male threads (do not overtighten - max 15N·m torque). Perform bubble test
after installation.
Service Life:
2 million cycles (standard conditions). Replace if cracking pressure increases
by 30% or leakage exceeds 5 bubbles/min under 0.6MPa backpressure.
