Installation guidelines:
Apply 0.3-0.5 N·m torque during assembly. Use thread sealant only on male threads.
Perform pressure test at 1.25× working pressure after installation. Avoid cross-threading -
initial engagement must rotate smoothly by hand.
Maintenance:
Inspect O-rings quarterly in high-cycle applications (＞500k actuations).
Replace if compression set exceeds 15%. Compatible with ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 3 air quality.
