High-density forged brass L-connector featuring anti-pullout collar design with 3-stage tube retention system. The precision-machined collet provides 360° uniform clamping force, maintaining leak-free performance under pressure fluctuations. Nickel plating enhances chemical resistance against hydraulic oils and mild acids.

Implementation Scenarios:
  • Compact pneumatic manifolds requiring space-saving 90° connections
  • Vibration-intensive applications (robotic arms, CNC tool changers)
  • Low-pressure hydraulic systems with HFD-R fluids
  • Clean room equipment requiring metal-detectable components
  • Modular pneumatic training systems with frequent tube reconfigurations
Installation protocol: Insert tube until audible click (≥15mm insertion depth). Perform tug test with 50N force. For high-cycle applications, inspect collet spring every 50,000 actuations. Not recommended for axial load bearing - use support brackets if mechanical stress exceeds 2Nm.
Fluid Compatibility: Compatible with air (ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 3), water glycol, and petroleum-based hydraulic fluids. Avoid continuous exposure to ester-based lubricants and chlorinated solvents.
