Installation protocol:
(1) Cut tube square with dedicated cutter (2) Insert fully until "click" (3) Confirm retention by 2kg pull test.
Always use 1.5-2 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads. Do not overtighten - thread engagement should not exceed 5mm.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
