Installation protocol:
Apply 0.3-0.5Nm torque using crowfoot wrench. For vacuum applications,
use PTFE tape on male threads. Maximum recommended bend radius for
connected tubing: 4×OD. Perform pressure test at 1.75MPa before commissioning.
