Installation protocol:
Apply 1.5-2 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads. Tighten to 1.2-1.5N·m torque using 8mm wrench.
Avoid angular misalignment during assembly. Test at 0.8MPa for 5min post-installation.
Not compatible with phosphate ester-based lubricants.
Maximum lateral load: 15N. Replace if thread deformation exceeds 0.1mm.
