Installation protocol:
Insert tubing until hearing audible "click", then pull-test with 50N force.
For M12 threading, apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape. Maximum angular deflection
≤3° after installation. Recommended re-torque check every 2,000 operating hours.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
