Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads (do not overlap O-ring area).
Tighten to 25-30 N·m torque using crowfoot wrench. Maximum re-use cycles: 5 times.
Avoid using with:- Aggressive chemicals (pH <2 or >12)
- Gases containing solid particles >15μm
- Pulsed pressures exceeding 2.5 MPa
