The AirTAC SAIJ32X185-100-S is a double-acting, single-rod ISO 15552 profile cylinder equipped with a rear stroke adjuster. It provides a 85-185 mm usable travel window by trimming the nominal 185 mm stroke up to 100 mm. In the 32 mm bore class, it generates 402 N of push force and 345 N of pull force at 0.5 MPa. The integrated magnet works directly with AirTAC CMSE reed and DMSE electronic sensors.

This adjustable-stroke model uses a PT tapered port and features a SUS420J2 stainless steel rod for improved corrosion resistance. The extruded aluminum barrel includes sensor grooves on both sides. Mounting options cover the SAIJ subset: Basic, FA, LB, TC, FTC, TCM1, and TCM2. The rear adjuster functions as a travel stop for end-position tuning and does not hold the load without live air pressure.
