The AirTAC Airtac B52-GR Copper-Free Air Source Treatment Unit B52-GR30010C3K is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30010C3K is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator: regulation only, with no filter element, no drain bowl and no lubricator. This 300-size unit has a 3/8 in. PT port as standard, a standard pressure type (0.05-0.9 MPa / 7-130 psi adjustment range), an external round pressure gauge with a bar scale, and the K suffix adds a built-in reverse (check) valve that blocks reverse flow through the unit.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, handles a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and a medium temperature range of -20 to 70 C. GR units are panel-mountable with an optional bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm datasheet and sizing figures on request.

| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set instrument air pressure on a small process skid, with the bar gauge matching the skid's metric documentation and the check valve preventing backflow into the circuit.
Regulate shop air feeding a commercial trailer brake-test bench, holding a repeatable set pressure while the check valve protects the circuit against reverse flow.
Supply filler and capper actuator circuits on a bottling line at a fixed pressure, with the local round bar gauge for quick line checks during changeover.
Pick the K variant when you want reverse-flow protection built into the regulator rather than a separate check valve in the line. Size 300 with a 3/8 in. PT port is the mid-range step; use 200 or 400/600 as piping and flow demand changes. The C3 gauge reads in bar - C2 is the psi equivalent. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT orderable; a bracket is included and panel mounting is possible.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing from the datasheet against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
We cannot quote a single rated number because AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not one figure. Provide your inlet pressure, set pressure and required flow and we will confirm the datasheet value and verify the sizing on request.
The K suffix means a reverse (check) valve is built in, so downstream air cannot flow back through the unit - handy when upstream supply can drop or be shut off. Without the K, the same GR30010C3 has no check valve. Everything else decodes identically: 300 size, 3/8 in. PT port, standard type, round bar gauge.
