The AirTAC Airtac B52-GR Copper-Free Air Source Treatment Unit B52-GR30010NK is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR30010NK is a standard-type air pressure regulator, size 300, with a 3/8 in PT thread as the standard connection, fitted with a reverse (check) valve under the K code. It regulates downstream pressure over 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) and the built-in check valve prevents reverse flow back through the unit. It is a regulator only - no filtration, no bowl and no lubrication function. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part, supplied with a mounting bracket as standard; the N code means no gauge is fitted. The GR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with PT, G (BSPP) and NPT thread options in the catalogue. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm exact flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On a bottling line's vertical clamp cylinders, the check valve holds the regulated pressure on the downstream side when the upstream supply dips, so raised loads do not sink between cycles.
In a truck-service bay, the GR30010NK on the 3/8 in reel drop lets impact wrenches and ratchets run at a fixed pressure while the check valve blocks backflow when the shop compressor unloads.
On an assembly press where two regulators share a common header, the check valve prevents one branch pressurizing back through the other, keeping each station's set pressure independent.
The K code is the decisive choice here: the built-in reverse check valve suits circuits where backflow through the regulator must be blocked, for example when upstream pressure can momentarily drop below the regulated side. Beyond that, choose size and port - this is size 300 with a 3/8 in PT port, with sizes 200, 400 and 600 and other ports available for higher or lower flow demand. The N code omits the gauge (square embedded or round external gauges are catalogue options in MPa, psi or bar), and a mounting bracket is included. PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are orderable options.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rated number, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as characteristic curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number to quote. Send us your supply pressure, set pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request.
K indicates that a reverse (check) valve is fitted inside the regulator, so air cannot flow backwards through it when upstream pressure falls below the regulated side. The plain GR30010N without K has no check valve.
