The AirTAC Airtac B52-GR Copper-Free Air Source Treatment Unit B52-GR40010C1K is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR400 series is a standalone compressed-air pressure regulator - regulation only, with no filter, no bowl and no lubrication. GR40010C1K is the 400 size with a 3/8 in PT thread, standard pressure type, an external round gauge with MPa scale (C1), and the K option fitting a reverse (check) valve to hold downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost. Adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa, maximum inlet 1.0 MPa (145 psi), working temperature -20 to 70 C. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series runs in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G and NPT as catalogue options; GR can also be panel-mounted. Flow is published as characteristic curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Keeping the flap-fold clamp pressure on an automatic carton erposer stable during header pressure dips, with the check valve holding the downstream side.
Regulating a 3/8 in feed to pressing and forming tooling that must not lose set pressure if the main supply is isolated, monitored on the round MPa gauge.
Serving a small machine cell from an accumulator tank, with the regulator setting cell pressure and the check valve preventing stored air back-feeding the header.
Choose the 400 size with a 3/8 in PT port when the supply needs more capacity than the 300 series; GR600 is the next step for the largest ports. The K suffix adds the check valve for circuits that must hold set pressure through upstream dips, and C1 gives the external round gauge in MPa - psi and bar scales and the embedded square gauge are the other gauge choices. PT is standard, with G and NPT threads to order, and a bracket is included.
Sizing depends on AirTAC's flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so send us your supply pressure, set pressure and demand and we will confirm the selection against the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as characteristic curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Provide your supply pressure, required set pressure and demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request.
K fits a reverse (check) valve, so the downstream circuit keeps its regulated pressure when the upstream supply drops or is shut. Without the K the same 400 size, 3/8 in port and MPa round gauge configuration is ordered as the plain GR40010C1.
