TSAIL is the linear-bearing form of the AirTAC TSAI guided cylinder: a guide frame combined with a standard cylinder. Twin guide rods run in the frame and carry the side load and torque, so the cylinder's own piston rod is not asked to resist rotation or bending. The series covers six bores - 32, 40, 50, 63, 80 and 100 mm - with standard strokes from 50 to 500 mm, all double acting with adjustable cushioning, a 30-500 mm/s speed range and a 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi) operating pressure band on filtered air (40 micron or finer).
The L in the model code is the bearing type: L means linear bearing, M means bronze bushing (sliding bearing), and they are not interchangeable in a specification.
